Last weekend was the Relay for Life. We did a family team and is was alot of fun. I have had 2 aunts, Loya and Kathleen, who have had breast cancer and they both were able to come walk with us. It was so neat to have them there. We decorated a bunch of the luminary bags a few weeks before the Relay and had a ball doing them as well. I can't wait for next year and hopefully we have more family members who can make it to come walk with us. I forgot to count how many laps we did but my cousin Michelle and I walked until 2:30am. My cousins Melanie and Emily started walking later on in the night after they made it and walked all night. The weather as first was cold and rainy. the rain finally stopped but the luminary ceremony and was decent after that. I wish I would have brought warmer clothes. Thanks to my aunt Peggy's, uncle. He brought down his camp trailer for us to sleep in.
last year and this time and I am so thankful she is still here
with us and able to participate in the Relay)
The next morning I left the Relay early to make it to the girls baseball games. This was their first game of the year. It was fun to watch both of them. Madison is an awesome hitter and Hannah just cracks us up. She has a little to much princess in her but she had a blast. She hit the ball a few times and then didn't know what to do next. It was so fun watching her. Madison loves it so much and can hit the ball better that some of the boys on her team. She also runs as fast as she can around the bases. As soon as Hannah's game was done Connor said it was his turn to wear her shirt and hat and play.
Madison playing short stop! Hannah playing first!

How fun! That's neat you were able to participate in the Relay for Life.
The kids look so cute in their baseball gear. It brings back memories of playing ball in Evanston.
How awesome I love the bag you made for Grandma. This kids looked like they had a blast playing ball!
What an amazing thing you all did for a cure, and awareness! If I was there I would of been there with you. I am so proud to know people like you and the rest of the fam. that did the walk. Loya looks really good! Is she feeling better? The girls look so cute playing ball. I know Brandon is proud that they are playing.
Hey girl I have been looking for a yorkie for soo long. And I remember the one you and your dad got for your mom. I think you said that you saw a flier for puppies at the postoffice. Do you know if they have any left? Or if they are breeders? If you have a chance could you find out for me,I know it's alot to ask. But I am about to purchase a Yorkie from a breeder in Texas and it will be around 1,000 and the shipping. Is it ok if I ask how much your moms was? Thanks so much for your help.
Wow what a great thing to do as a family!
