Connor's 2nd SHINER!!!

Connor gave himself his 2nd shiner tonight. I had him in the tub and he hit his eye on the corner of the tub. It went black and swelled within about 20 seconds. It looks like he has a grape under his skin. Poor little guy!

Sorry about the picture over load! I just think the kids were so funny this weekend. And Wes actually got to come with us. We are so happy he was home and we had a blast spending time with dad. We love you honey!! We can't wait for the next camping trip.

Happy Birthday Hannah!!!!!

Wow- my baby girl turned 4 this weekend! I can't believe how times flies! We had so much fun on her birthday. We went camping for the weekend and her birthday lasted about 2 days. I don't this she was complaining. Her actual birthday is July 26 but we opened gifts on Friday and had cake and ice cream on her birthday. We also tubed the river at Rock Creek, made crafts, played in the dirt, rode bikes, and had a ball. Don't mind the dirt on her face, we had already been camping for well over 24 hours and I think her face was magnetic to the dirt. I swear we washed it before she opened gifts.

Boating at Starvation

We went boating yesterday at starvation lake with Todd'd parents. We left Connor home with Wes and the girls and I went out for a day of fun. The girls rode the tubes by themselves. Madison was going to try to knee board but decided not to. We had her all out and ready to go and she started crying. She did it a few years ago but won't try it again. Hannah loved the tube. We could not get her off of it. Thanks to Kristin and Toni for going with them. Who wants to ride the tube with their mom??? That is so not cool.

We all got a chance to knee board. I really wanted to wakeboard but was way to tired after the knee board. The girls also thought it was so cool when Todd was jumping the wake.

We had so much fun! Thanks to Kirk and Denise for taking us.

Connor loves Gus

Connor loves our dog Gus! He is always chasing him and giving him loves. It is so cute. Gus is so good with Connor. Connor gets pretty rough and Gus just looks at him.

One eventful weekend!

We had had quite the weekend! It started out with no plans. Just DEEP cleaning closets and drawers. I had one good day of that then we had our Suprise visitors, Scrapbooking until 2am, surprise birthday parties and of course yard work. I wanted to take some pictures of our roses. I am going to miss all of these roses that Wes's grandma planted years and years ago. They are so pretty and I also have hired a gardener to help me out with the watering! I don't have very many pictures of Maddy and Hannah. They we off playing with cousins most fo the time!

Surprise Visitors

We had some surprise visitors show up on Friday! My parents rode the Harley to come see us. My mom had mentioned a few days before that they might come but I never heard about it again. Well I was DEEP cleaning, like drawers & closets, when I heard a noise out side. I looked out and my dad was just waving! It was fun to have them come down on the bike. Madison loves the bike and wants papa to take her on long rides. He was taking her for a ride and she told him, "just turn on this road up here and I want to show you something really pretty," papa says " how far away is it?" Madison replies " just keep driving, I will tell you when we get there."

This is the first time that Hannah has wanted to ride. It is usually to loud for her. Since grandma had biker boots and a helmet, Hannah had to find somthing to work as well. So she put on her Dora helmet and her pink cowboy boots. She also told grandma that her boots were prettier than grandmas and grandma should buy some like hers. Connor didn't like it to much either, especially when papa would rev it up!

So I came around the corner the other day and this is what I found! Connor had found the bowl of Cantalope. What a nut!!! He was enjoying every bite and saying "mummm" with each one as well. I have to feed this kid 24/7. He is always hungry!
