Anyway, I haven't installed the software yet, so as soon as I do I'll get my pictures posted. I hope everyone had a great Christmas.

Oh Christmas tree!!!!!

Our beautiful tree!! Wes's dad found the PERFECT tree for us! I was thinking that for a while that we were goin to have to enjoy the tree in the mountains. We got Wes's truck stuck. His dad had to pull us out with chain. It took awhile but he finally got it.

Once we finally got home, we had to wait several hours for the tree to dry out before we could decorate it.
And the finished product!!

Visit from Santa

Yeah!!!! Santa came to visit us this year at our house. He showed up Sunday night. He just came walking through the kitchen into the living room. What a surprise to the girls. They were both so excited. He sat in the recliner and Hannah jumped right up there to tell him about all the princess stuff she wants. She's really not to picky, just want princess stuff. Madison on the other hand, was very specific. She told him that she wants a REAL cell phone, a REAL computer and a REAL guitar. I think we can handle the last one but the other 2 will have to WAIT. Connor to say the least did not like Santa. He was SCREAMING!

We almost didn't get a family picture with Santa. Connor did cooperate for a minute, but he would hardly take his eyes off of Santa.
Hannah was a little upset that she didn't get to see his reindeer. I'll have to tell Bryce (I mean Santa) to work on that for next year.

Painting Ornaments

Every year we paint Christmas Ornaments and grandma Brenda saves them and puts them on a special tree. This is such a fun time. We all get so into this and see who paints the best one every year. This year the girls really got into it.

Building a Snow Bear

Grandpa Glen and the girls built a snow bear from all of new great snow. The snow was perfect to build one. I think papa had just as much fun as the girls. Hannah was FREEZING since she would not put any gloves on. Connor just watched to make sure they did a great job. He had one his own snow bear outfit to stay warm.

More Gingerbread pictures!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

We spent Thanksgiving this year with Wes' family. The food was great. We are so thankful for the wonderful families that we have. It was great to have Nick home. Two of Nick's teammates from track also came. My girls were so excited to see Ben again. They played with him and Andrew non-stop. We also made gingerbread houses after. This was a fun tradition that we started this year. We can't wait until next year!

Hidden Springs Lodge

What a fun weekend is all I have to say. Wes's family rented Hidden Springs Lodge for the weekend. There is so much to do there and so many places for all the cousins to play and have fun TOGETHER. We had a thanksgiving dinner, played games and visited. It was so fun to see everyone and catch up in all of a busy little lives. The lodge is beautiful, and cozy. I think the cozy part is the best. I wish I would have taken some pictures of just the lodge itself. I'll have to drive back up and get some.

Papa's Elk

Wes' dad got an elk a few days ago. Connor loved it. He would have climbed right up on it if I would have let him. Hannah would not even look at it. She never wants papa to go hunting again. She cried the whole time we were at the shop looking at it. She is not quite a hunter yet. She would rather go fishing with her dad. Wes has a tag for a buck and we were looking for one when he got home from work last week and she wanted her dad to find a pretty one. I think she must have wanted him to find a pink one or something.

Happy Halloween

So I think we have the best looking pirate, fairy princess, and bat in the Uintah Basin. Madison made a great pirate. And Hannah was already a princess. We had so much fun! Connor was so good to leave his little bat fingers and feet on to stay warm. We had dinner at Kristin's then went to the Trunk or Treat. The girls had a ball and Connor had a nap. Hannah insisted on the pink sparkly makeup. Then she torn off the picture. I could not get very creative and so it turned out horrible. She also insisted on the bright red lipstick which just smeared. Oh well........

Our little "pumpin"

For all of our kids on their first Halloween, we have put them in a pumpkin. Or as Hannah would say a "pumpin." Anyway, this year Connor was a little too big so he just had to stand up in it. It wasn't as fun that way, but it was still cute. I went to a local nursery that sells pumpkins and holded Connor up and said "I need a pumpkin big enough to fit him into." They laughed and said OK. They called a few days later and they had picked one.

I think this fits pretty good...

Madison and Papa's HOG JOCKEY

Madison just loves to ride on grandpas' Harley. Of course she can only go on little rides since we don't have a helmet to fit. But if we did, I think she would kick grandma off the back and take her seat. Hannah is not quite sure what to think. She wants to ride but she doesn't really like how loud it is. Plus she is not an adrenaline seeker like Madison is.

This new blogging thing.......

So I am thinking that I like this blogging thing..... I still need to figure out alot of things. I would like to add music and a friends list. Otherwise I look like a loser. I have had so much fun looking at my friends blogs. What a great way to keep in touch. I never have time to pick up the phone and call so this gives me a chance to let everyone know that I still think of them often, it just might not seem like it. I hope to see alot more friends and family make blogs or let me know they have them so I can see their beautiful families.

1st days of school

Here is Madison and Hannah on their first days of school.

Karren Family

Here are our family picutres with the Karren's. We took these a few weeks ago when Wes and Nick were both home at the same time. This hardly ever happens so we had to jump at the chance.
