Hogle Zoo, Cableas, & "Galoon"

Yes- I know most of you are thinking that I spelled "Lagoon" wrong but, Hannah has a new name for it and I think it will stick for a while. Kind of like the "Bikini Bread" a while back. We had a busy and fun weekend.

We started the weekend by meeting my mom at the Zoo. It was fun but there were so many people there. The weather was perfect, the crowds were not. They also had Radio Disney there. Every single monkey we saw, Connor would call it "Todd." Todd is my brother in law. It was so funny. We made sure we called Todd to let him know about that.

After the zoo we were off to "Rodigios" Brazilian steak house. The food there is to die for. If you haven't eaten there, you need to. We ate there right after it opened and I forgot how good it was. Then we headed out to Cabala's in Lehi. The kids love to go there, and of course, so does Wes. It is always an adventure there.

Today we went to "Galoon!" It has been so long since I have been there. The girls had a good time. Connor on the other hand did not. He was only happy about the last 45 minutes that we were there. The girls were so brave and tried a lot of the bigger rides, as long as they were tall enough. Hannah was mad when she wasn't tall enough.

All in all we had a get weekend, putting aside a few of Connor's tantrums and messiness. The kids are exhausted!

I'm so glad that you had a fun weekend. I think we might try to bounce back to Lagoon or Galoon this next weekend maybe. We kind of had our day cut short by the rain when we went. It looks like your kiddies had a lots of fun. What a cute little family you have.

Looks like tons of fun. Next time we are coming with you. We will have to take the kids to the corn maze and pumpkin patch up in Blue Bell when I come up in a couple of weeks.

Ok, now I see the 'cutest blog on the block' tag on your blog, I didn't see it earlier so thought you had used something else for your background...I know there are other programs to use, just don't know what!

The 442! God how I miss that insanely huge car. I still actually have it although it is parked on the farm out in Idaho. I still harbor dreams (of which Taylor is not a fan) of fixing it up someday and reliving all those "super cool" nights of cruising Evanston. haha
