Swimming & Zoo

While we were in Roy for Madi's Dance. We took advatage and made a weekend out of it. We did lots of shopping, went to the zoo and went swimming. By the time we headed home on Sunday, the kids were exhausted.

Madi Dance Competition

Madi had Dance Competition in Roy on March 27th. Her team did a great job! Madi's class took 2nd in both of their dances. I think Madi had a great time and was thrilled at all who came to support her. We have the best family ever. My parents, Brenda ( Wes' mom), Kristin, Todd & boys, Nick, Luke, Andrew & Damian were all there to cheer her on. She loved every minute and we all enjoyed watching her as well. Good job Roo! We love you!

Birthday Party

I had the most wonderful birthday! It was filled with lots of family & friends. It even lasted a few days! Wow... I feel like a little kid with all the fun things we have been doing. The first thing... we went to dinner last Saturday after Madi's dance competition for my birthday. Mom & dad, Nick, Luke, Andrew, Damian, Todd Kristin, Wyatt, Kyler, and grandma Brenda all were there. We had a yummy dinner at Olive Garden. It was alot of fun hanging out with everyone for a little while. And I was so happy they all came down to watch Madi dance. That is for another post. Monday (my birthday) we had lunch with cousins: Dana, Brylee, Annette, Kylie & Kristin and the kids. It was fun to get togther with them and visit. Thanks Dana for the cake and setting up the lunch. Monday night we had dinner at Brenda & Glens. Brenda made yummy homemade pizza for dinner. It was a super fun night.
On Wednesday, Christie and Kristin planned a birthday lunch for Cindy and I. Cindy's birthday is this Friday. It was so fun hanging out with friends. Christie had the cutest cake ever, made for us! We both loved it. Kristin and Christie made a delicious lunch for everyone. Cindy and I got twinner gifts and it was a ball opening them with her. And now 4 of us are going shopping in the city in a few weeks for the weekend. I can't wait!

Disney On Ice!!

We went to Disney on Ice last weekend and had a blast! It was so fun to watch Connor. We have been before but Connor really loved it this time. He was so excited. He has asked several times since if we can go back. We had a fun day with grandma DeAnn and papa Kent! The kids just loved to hang out with them. We watched the show and then had lunch and headed home.

We loved the "CARS", "PIXIE HOLLOW", "LITTLE MERMAID." Lion King was cute but not as good and the other 3.It amazes me how they come up with the costumes. And we would have never thought it would actually be cars for the "CARS " show. We were so glad we went.

Papa's birthday & St. Pattys day!

Happy birthday to Papa Glen on the 10 th of march. We had dinner last weekend when Nick came home for the weekend. It was alot of fun and Nick made a yummy dinner. The rest of us played Phase 10 while he cooked!! I know thats not nice but he offered. The boys played pretty good for a little while. They were playing "cowboy" with papa Lyles old hats. They are too cute when they have them on.







We also had a great St Pattys Day. The kids loved the green pancakes. Connor said they tasted soooo good. He ate 3 of them. Hannah has been sick and almost wasn't going to go to school. She decided to go since Mrs Moons feet turn green from the leprechauns. She was glad she went.

Attempt at kids pictures "TAKE 1"

We attempted to take the kids pictures a few weeks ago. Let just say it really didn't happen. I got a ton of pictures but it is EXTREMELY hard to get 5 kids to look at the camera at the same time, and to all be happy at the same time! Connor sis really well at first then he turned mad for some reason. Madison and Hannah wonder what the boys are doing instead of looking at the camera. Kyler did the best out of all of them and hes the baby! Whats up with that? We are going to attempt again tomorrow!! Here is some of the funny ones.

Oh my heck!!! February updated !!

Has it really been a month since I last blogged?!? Crazy I'm not sure what we have. I only have a few pics on the camera to show. We've had a few craft days with friends, mini drill team, traveling to see family in Rock Springs. We had a game night with family, traveling to Evanston for my dads birthday. Wes has been gone alot so maybe that is why I haven't blogged. When he is gone, it gets a little crazy!

These were made at one of the craft days! I didn't even take a picture of the 2nd craft we did on a different day but they were super cute!

Our trip to Rock springs to watch Jordan play, and visit family!

I never thought in a million years that I would be cheering for the RS Tigers instead of Evanston. RS played Evanston Saturday night and I just had to cheer for Jord! And besides, I don't even know any of the players for the Devils anymore! She is an AMAZING player. She will make it FAR one day for her skills! A girl from Evanston threw a Hail Mary at the buzzer and made it! Then Evanston won in OT! It was a great game! It was neck and neck the whole game!

I didnt get one single picture from our trip to Evanston! Sad I know! Not like me at all! I did get the copies to Connors party so I will get those up soon.

Oh and we finally got our house 100% complete! We got the carpet in the bonus rooms a few weeks ago! I LOVE it! It is so nice to have the house complete. The kids love playing up there. I have my own area for scrapbooking, the kids have a TV/play area and Wes has his own room for all his hunting and fishing stuff. I guess I will need to go take more pics! Now I remember that is what I have been doing. We added a door going into Wes' room, and shelving in a closet up there, so I had to clean, paint, dejunk, to get ready for the carpet. I think that took a whole week on its own. It was crazy up there. We have been putting everything up there that we didn't know what to do with. So now we have dejunked again! I am thrilled!!!

I have also been busy doing Detox foot baths every 3 days. My friend has one, so I have been doing them. I have to say that I LOVE them. I have felt so much better doing them. It is disgusitng what comes out off you! All the toxins are amazing! My foot bath water color has been diferent each time that I have done it. The first few times it was almost black! Crazy! If you know anywhere to get one, I HIGHILY recommend them!!!! The next picture is from my 2nd bath I think. The picture was taken only about half way through. Thats only 15 minutes into it!

I have had a few friends come over a few days to do them too! Ha ha! I think we could start having parties! I know some of them want to continue doing them and I think a few others are a little weary! I know its crazy but I seriously feel so much better. I have more energy, sleep better, remember more, etc....
